Hail can leave marks, cracks, or weakened roofing materials that are not always visible from the ground. A professional roof inspection in Lexington, MA gives your roof a closer look and helps confirm whether repairs are needed.
Wind Damage Roof Repair
High winds can pull shingles loose, expose roof edges, or damage flashing. During a roof inspection for your Lexington home, we check these vulnerable areas so small wind damage does not go unnoticed.

Roofing Materials We Inspect for Lexington Homes

OneGuard Roofing checks each roof material carefully and explains what needs attention.

Rubber roofing on flat or low-slope areas needs close attention around seams, punctures, drainage points, and roof edges. A professional roof inspection in Lexington helps find small membrane issues before they lead to leaks or trapped moisture.
Metal Roof Repair
Metal roofs can develop loose fasteners, rust spots, lifted panels, or flashing gaps over time. With a Lexington roof inspection, we look at the panel system, seams, sealants, and attachment points to see where repair may be needed.
